HOME is the modern-day retelling of the classic Biblical parable “The Prodigal Son”. It follows the journey of Michael, the younger of two sons in the Doogie household who is at an important crossroad in his young adult life. After convincing his reluctant father to give him his inheritance money early, Michael leaves the secure comforts of home in Cornbread, GA to sample a taste of forbidden fruit of the good life in the Big Apple. With his new freedom, Michael struggles whether to embrace the morals values of his wholesome upbringing or experience the tempting vices of beautiful women, drugs, and riotous living. Finally on his own with disposable income, what’s a guy to do? Michael Doogie had it all. Sometimes, having it all is not enough.
