Miracle Synopsis Wealthy commercial developer, Z.O.R.N. (Evan Parry), plans to purchase a small community church's property with the intent of building a trendy upscale shopping facility. Tootie Duncan (Judy Dubose), the relentless landlady, reluctantly grants the church a three month extension to raise the half million dollars needed to purchase the land for themselves. Pastor Samuel Jenkins (Rev. Randolph Miller) is now faced with the daunting task of motivating his congregation of unlikely heroes. This sets up the "miracle" that must occur for a small church to raise that kind of money in a short time! Set during present day Charleston, SC, this modern day David vs. Goliath tale explores themes of faith, love, and hope amidst difficult struggles. |
